This session is designed for managers to come together and learn what the new Performance Development Program means for them and their direct reports. Now that you’ve gained access to the components in Workday, this session offers the opportunity to bring your laptop and engage in a guided, manager level conversation with your peers for a deeper dive into the performance development process.
Together, we will explore the new functionality at a high level, focusing on the strategy, key concepts, and tools that support meaningful performance development conversations. You’ll have time to access the system, explore the new components in a supported way, and build confidence using the tools.
The session is introductory in nature and will include an overview of core components along with dedicated time for discussion and questions. It is less about detailed system navigation and more about understanding the overall approach, your role as a manager, and the supports available to you.
