Workshop Overview:
“Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.” – The Dalai Lama
In this workshop, we will explore the key to creating more happiness using concepts based on Vanessa King’s 10 Keys to Happier Living approach. We will use evidence-based practices to improve wellness, happiness and, ultimately, resilience in challenging times. We will also identify the different types of happiness to develop concrete strategies for boosting our connection with what is positive and awesome in our life.
