The 2025 T4 and T4A tax forms have now been issued and are available online through Workday.
Accessing your 2025 T4/T4A (PDF) on Workday
- Log in to Workday using your WatIAM user ID and password; a 2FA code is required
- Go to Menu and select Benefits and Pay
- Select My Tax Documents
- Your 2025 tax form(s) are listed under “Canada”
- Select View/Print to download or print a PDF version.
Additional Information:
- Your tax forms have also been shared electronically with the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA), which may take several weeks to process. Individuals who have registered for a CRA “My Account” can access their form(s) through this government application.
- You may have more than one tax form. If you worked for multiple companies during the year (for instance, the University and one of the Affiliated and Federated Institutions of Waterloo), or if you switched from a temporary to a permanent position, or if your benefit enrolment was delayed. Please be sure to access all forms for the tax year.
- 2025 T4A tax forms for scholarships/bursaries issued through Student Finance will be available in the finance section on Questby February 28th.
- T4/T4A forms (including those for student scholarships/bursaries) for 2018 and prior years are available from Human Resources.
- If employees need to access previous years’ documents:
- Access 2019 -- 2024 T4/T4A forms under "Canada Prior Years"
- Access pre-2019 documents: View your Worker Profile by clicking on the profile or your photo icon, select View Profile, then go to Personal > Documents
