Annual Pension Statements

You will soon be receiving your annual pension statement for the period ending December 31st, 2016.

As a result of the new pension system launched in late 2016, the statements will have a new and improved format. An electronic copy will be posted to myPENSIONinfo within the next few weeks.

iCIMS maintenance - June 24th

The University's staff recruiting platform (iCIMS) will be unavailable on Saturday June 24th from 5 am to 9 am for scheduled maintenance. 

The University's recruiting platform iCIMS is currently unavailable (portals and Manager access). We are working with the vendor on resolving the issue. 

Further updates will be shared as they become available. 

Update: The service was restored as of 4:09 pm on Saturday June 3rd. 

Changes to HR forms

To support the launch of the new Finance system, Unit4, the Human Resources (HR) team is revising all paper and on-line forms to display the new account code structure. The new forms will be available on the HR website the week of April 24. Employees will be advised to use the appropriate new form for all submissions after May 1. All forms referencing the old account codes will be removed from HR’s website at end of day Apr 28.

Update: This outage was resolved at 9:55 pm on March 28th. 

myHRinfo is currently unavailable to all users. Technical teams are further investigating the issue.

A new Workday is coming to Waterloo

This past fall, HR and IST jointly led a Request for Proposal (RFP) to identify a solution to address the University’s need for a modernized upgrade to the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) and payroll system. Currently, the University’s HRMS technology is supported by PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.
