2022 Key Dates to Remember

December 2021 to February 2022

Staff and Managers start to meet to discuss performance:

  1. Complete performance appraisal form
  2. Performance conversation between the employee and their manager
As soon as completed Managers submit final and digitally signed, performance appraisal form(s) to Human Resources*
March 10 Recommended final date for completion of 2021 performance discussions, and completion of forms
March 22 Final date for performance ratings to be submitted to Human Resources*
