Staff and Managers start to meet to discuss performance and review the performance appraisal form.

As soon as completed Managers submit final and signed, hard copy performance appraisal forms to Human Resources.*

Recommended final date for completion of 2019 performance appraisal form and discussions.

March 13

Final date for performance appraisal forms to be submitted to Human Resources.*
