Our Services

Organizational and Human Development (OHD) offers workshops for employees on a variety of topics, from leadership and integrity to exploring values and collaboration. In addition, OHD can provide customized training solutions to our University colleagues. The OHD team will work with you to assess and address your concerns and needs.

As well OHD organizes and hosts the annual Waterloo Staff Conference for the University of Waterloo. This event brings engaging and informative keynotes to the campus and provides multiple in-house workshops developed by colleagues from across the university.

Did you know? University of Waterloo employees have a minimum 5 days/35 hours of training and development under Policy 18, section Three. Employees are highly recommended to explore this policy.
