The Government of Canada has just announced that Dr. Talena Atfield has been named a Tier 2 Canada Research Chair (CRC) in Tentewatenikonhra'khánion (We Will Put Our Minds Together). This fall Arts welcomed AMTD Postdoctoral Fellow, Dr. Elena Caruso, who is based in the Department of Political Science. Dr. Caruso's research aims to question the role of the state in the regulation of abortion, to reshape dominant legal paradigms in abortion care, and to draw important lessons for the future of health technologies.
