Hobbies / Interests: I love reading all kinds of books, my library is filled with everything from Murakami to Gandhi! I also enjoy painting and swimming in my free time.
Why did you choose the University of Waterloo? UWaterloo was perfect for me because of its intensive co-op program, since I knew I wanted to work while getting my degree and develop life-long professional connections. The geese on campus were just icing on the cake.
What do you like most about your program? The Experiential Learning Pathways for upper-year students! They delve deep into the more practical aspects of your degree and you get to develop a special bond with the professor you're working under. It's a great experience overall.
Co-op experience/what you like about co-op at Waterloo? Co-op is probably the best thing about UWaterloo. The sense of freedom and achievement that comes with working a full-time job and being able to finance part of your education, it's extremely gratifying. It is also a great help for your career after graduation, since it helps you make a more informed decision about the path you choose.
