Hobbies / Interests: I love writing, whether that be songs, stories, and even screenplays, and I'm always on the hunt for my next new idea! I love music and making new playlists, I always have one for every event. I am also a huge leafs fan and love watching a good hockey game!
Why did you choose the University of Waterloo? The diverse, inclusive community at UW was definitely the selling point. I loved how everywhere you went felt like a family, and everyone is always trying to make you feel welcome. Not to mention the amount of amazing extracurriculars there are to get involved in! The number of programs the school offers is also fantastic, ensuring there is something for everyone and you'll never be bored!
What do you like most about your program? I love how many people are in the program! There's always someone new to meet wherever you go. Oh, and the faculty is amazing, some of the nicest professors you'll ever meet are arts professors!
Co-op experience/what you like about co-op at Waterloo? Although my first work term will be this upcoming summer (2022), what I love about the program is how many options there are for students. The whole process really teaches students how to write the proper resume, and cover letter and prepare for interviews. There are also some amazing chances for advancement and full-time positions after graduation.
One more thing about yourself? I love dogs, especially French Bulldogs, but I've never had one. I will literally stop on the street to pet any dog I see!
