Description: At this month's session, Erin Smith, Associate Director Program Improvement, Waterloo Professional Development Program will share the history of WatPD's evaluation plan, lessons learned from 10 years of program evaluation, and best practices from their current process. Erin's presentation will be followed by a group discussion and opportunity to consider how to transfer these ideas to your own programs.
Session Outcomes: By participating in this community group, you will have an opportunity to explore:
• the role of learning outcomes within a Program;
• the assessment of learning outcomes; and
• the relationship between outcomes, activities and assessments.
