FAQ's
The FAQ page will be updated on an ongoing basis. Please check back for information that will better prepare you for your presentation day.
FAQ's:
- When do we get access to Accelevents?
- You will have access to Accelevents at the latest by April 21, 2021. Assessment showcase and poster presenters will likely get access sooner to set-up their space. You will be contacted when Accelevents is ready to be accessed.
- What is the image release form and do I have to sign it?
- The image release form allows us to collect images from a virtual event such as this to use in the future (e.g. in the CTE's annual report). Should your image ever be used, we would first contact you to ensure you are okay having your image used. The image release form is simply the first step to ensure you are comfortable with your image being captured. With this said, if you'd rather not have your image captured in any capacity, you do not need to sign the form.
- Can I record my presentation or assessment showcase intro video using Zoom, MS Teams, or another video conferencing tool?
- Yes you can. If you don't feel comfortable using a dedicated video production tool, you can record yourself using one of these tools and export the recording as a .MOV or .MP4 file.
