If you’ve applied to jobs in WaterlooWorks, you may only withdraw your applications and interviews if one of the scenarios below apply.

Before cycle 1 or 2 begins | If you receive an external offer from a previous employer or arrange your own job outside of WaterlooWorks before 12:00 p.m. on the business day before interviews begin, you could be allowed to withdraw your WaterlooWorks applications

During cycle 1 or 2 interview cycles | If you receive an external offer from a previous employer or arrange your own job, your external offer will be added to your ranking form once approved.

During cycle 3 to 6 interview cycles | If you've accepted an offer from a previous employer or arranged your own job before 12:00 p.m. one business day before an interview, you could be allowed to withdraw your WaterlooWorks applications.

During direct offer period | If you've accepted an offer from a previous employer or arranged your own job outside of WaterlooWorks, you can withdraw your WaterlooWorks applications at any point.

Important: You are required to attend all interviews, regardless of their status "confirmed" or "unconfirmed." Please remember not to disclose any information about your external offer to your employers.
