Request a group tour

Complete this form to request a University of Waterloo campus tour for an official school or community group with 10 or more visitors.

Not an official school or community group or have less than 10 visitors? Use our campus tour booking form to schedule your visit.

Note: Minimum two weeks notice is required. Tours are led by student staff and even with advanced notice, we may not be able to accommodate based on their academic schedules.

Once we receive your request, we'll contact you to confirm your visit details.

If your group is larger than 100 people, please email askus@uwaterloo.ca with your request.
Please list the average for the majority of the group.
Are the students in your group international or domestic (from within Ontario/Canada)?

Tips for requesting a group tour

  • Group tours are available Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
  • You can request tours starting two weeks from today's date through March 31, 2025.
  • Tours are limited in December, April, and August when our student ambassadors are writing final exams.
