Complete this form to request a University of Waterloo campus tour for an official school or community group with 10 or more visitors.

Note: Minimum two weeks notice is required. Tours are led by student staff and even with advanced notice, we may not be able to accommodate based on their academic schedules.

Tips for requesting a group tour

  • Group tours are available Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
  • You can book tours between January 13 and March 31, 2025.
  • Tours are limited in December, April, and August when our student ambassadors are writing final exams.
