Keeping Well at Work - Deep Health: Setting a Foundation

Wednesday, October 1, 2025 10:00 am - 12:15 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

Workshop Overview

Have you thought about developing new healthy, sustainable and mindful habits but are not sure how to begin? Are you the type of person that likes to fully understand the theory behind creating new habits before you commit to something bigger?

Join us for Deep Health, a holistic approach to well-being, considering both internal and external factors that shape a person's life. Begin your journey toward deep health by understanding how to set personal goals and create habits that enhance your overall well-being.

In this interactive, in-person session, you will select a personal goal related to sleep, stress management, nutrition, physical activity or recovery, and will leave with a 5-minute action plan to help achieve that goal. You'll also discover self-coaching techniques to help you reflect, adapt, and maintain consistency moving forward, all while expanding your support community. Motivated by others? Bring a colleague to go on this journey with you.
