In this interactive, in-person session, you will establish, and fine-tune behaviors and habits related to sleep, stress management, nutrition, physical activity, recovery, and more. You'll also discover self-coaching techniques to help you reflect, adapt, and maintain consistency moving forward.

About the Facilitator
Stacey Majaury is a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology and a Precision Nutrition L2 coach with her Sleep, Stress and Recovery coaching certification. She is the Conditioning Coordinator in Athletics and Recreation and brings great knowledge and a lighthearted attitude to her coaching sessions.
