  • August 29, 2016  - deadline for instructors to submit Spring grades. Grade revisions are possible after this date.

  • September 5, 2016  - advisors review academic standings and requests to graduate.

  • TBD (same deadline for all faculties) - last day to get a student's name on the convocation program. This means that degree requirements (including the PSYCH 499A/B/C marks) must be completed a few days sooner because signatures from several advisors may be required before the graduation decision is official, and it may take a few days to collect those signatures and deliver the necessary paperwork to the Registrar's Office. The Registrar's Office also needs sufficient time to do the coding necessary on the students' records before the deadline.
Note: Students can be recommended to graduate at October convocation even if their names do not appear in the convocation program.
  • TBD (Faculty of Science) - last day to approve a student's request to graduate for October convocation (i.e., signatures from the advisors of all of the student's academic plans and coding on the record completed by the Registrar's Office). Note the date above regarding the convocation program.
  • October 22, 2016  - Convocation
