Revisiting the TEA (CTE605)

Wednesday, December 7, 2016 9:00 am - 3:30 pm EST (GMT -05:00)

Location: EV1 241 (See below)  Notes: Open to faculty and staff (registration is required)

The reTEA offers you a designated time and space to focus on a course you want to "rejig" or design, in the supportive and collegial atmosphere of the TEA. The day provides you with relatively unstructured time away from all the distractions to give you time to focus on your course. The course you bring to the reTEA does not need to be the course you redesigned/ designed for the TEA, rather any course that you feel that needs some work.  You will have the opportunity to revisit the course redesign process, receive feedback from peers and facilitators as well as have plenty of time to work as you choose. Lunch and coffee will be provided.

This session is restricted to past participants of the Teaching Excellence Academy (https://uwaterloo.ca/centre-for-teaching-excellence/workshop-resources/teaching-excellence-academy).

Facilitator: Donna Ellis, CTE, Mary Power, CTE, and Veronica Brown, CTE
