Teaching Dossier Write-In (CTE496)

Monday, June 26, 2017 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

Location: EV1 241

Description: Are you a graduate student or post-doc working on your teaching dossier for the Certificate in University Teaching (CUT) or for a job application? If you’re having trouble finding time to sit down and work on your dossier, we have a solution for you! Join the CTE staff and a consultant from the Writing Centre for directed writing time to draft, revise, or complete your dossier. This write-in is intended for those who are already familiar with the components of a teaching dossier—we will not be providing instruction and information on teaching dossiers. Bring your laptop or preferred writing tools, any materials you’ve already written and compiled, and your specific questions. We’ll provide answers to your questions, structure for your writing time, and coffee and tea.

Facilitator: Tommy Mayberry, CTE and Nadine Fladd, Writing Centre

Notes:

  • To make this write-in as productive for you as possible, please complete the Teaching Dossiers module on MyGradSkills.ca in advance.
  • This write-in does not count towards Fundamentals of University Teaching credit
