The Call for Proposals is now open for the 15th annual University of Waterloo Teaching and Learning Conference taking place on May 2, 2024. Last year saw over 500 faculty members, staff, and students gather in-person online to learn from and with one another around the theme of “Teaching and Learning with Kindness and Care”. Our 2024 conference theme is “Sparking and Sustaining Engagement”.
The keynote speaker, Barbara Moktthewenkwe Wall (Chanie Wenjack School for Indigenous Studies, Trent University) will present the keynote address entitled Zhawenjigewin Miinwaa Ganawenindiwag: Cultivating Embodied Learning Through Pedagogies of Kindness and Care.
