  • Upon arrival on your work term, navigate to your work-term record and update the 'Work-term details' and 'My contact and travel info' sections.

  • The appropriate Risk Management Form must be submitted by using the 'Submit a Form' button on your WaterlooWorks dashboard.

  • Canadian Passport Application Form

  • Photos for ID, Passports and Visas
