In this workshop, we will explore best practices for building and creating an effective résumé that highlights your career accomplishments.

Planning to retire can be a source of both excitement and anxiety. Whatever the emotional response, retirement marks a transition to a new life stage and lifestyle in which daily routines, identity, and roles all change. This session will introduce participants to the emotional effects of retirement. Participants will get an opportunity to reflect on what their ideal retirement looks like and what they can do to make it happen. Change is constant, but how we lead through it can either fuel us or accelerate burnout. In this interactive Leadership Lab: Personal Leadership, we’ll explore the dual challenge leaders face: guiding teams through ongoing uncertainty while protecting their own energy and capacity. 

Together, we’ll reflect on the impact of change, identify the signs of burnout (in ourselves and our teams), and share practical strategies for creating stability, focus, and support while navigating shifting priorities. Through personal reflection and group discussion, participants will gain tools to help them lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose – without sacrificing wellbeing.

Are you ready to make actionable changes to your health? Join this 10-week program starting on Tuesday, October 7!  In 10 weeks, fine-tune behaviours and habits related to stress management and physical activity with coach Stacey Majaury from Athletics and Recreation.

While not a requirement, it is strongly recommended that you have attended the Deep Health: Setting the Foundation workshop in advance.
