Thesis formatting and submission requirements
Current university requirements regarding formatting and submitting the thesis on UWSpace are available through the Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs Office. Please note that if you do not follow the most up-to-date guide precisely, your thesis will be rejected by the Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs Office and UWSpace. If you wish to graduate at either the Spring or Fall Convocation ceremony, your thesis must be uploaded and approved by the corresponding deadline. Please reach out to your Graduate Program Manager for details on deadlines and next steps.
The Department no longer requires a bound copy of your thesis for the Supervisor or Department.
