ePortfolios and Forms (CTE739)

Description: In this workshop, participants will learn how to use the  ePortfolio form feature to create questionnaires. Instructors can use these questionnaires to efficiently collect useful information from students. At Waterloo, the form feature has been used to help students create success plans, document prior learning, collect feedback, and more.

Learning Outcomes. After the session, participants will be able to:

  • identify ways that they can effectively use the ePortfolio form feature in their courses
  • create questionnaires for their courses using the ePortfolio form feature

Note: This is a hands-on workshop: participants should bring their own laptop so that they can log into the ePortfolio tool in LEARN.

Note: If you have not used ePortfolios, please attend CTE737 - ePortfolios: Hands-on Introduction. This workshop assumes that you are familiar with the ePortfolio features and/or have used LEARN's ePortfolio.
