Jobs posted or expiring early
Looking for a fall 2018 co-op job? WaterlooWorks has early jobs posted on the "Co-op" job board. These jobs may appear before May 18th and/or may expire prior to May 23rd. A special note will be included in the job posting for any jobs that do not follow our standard timelines.
Check both the “Co-op” and “Hire Waterloo Alumni and Other” job boards
A small number of employers choose not to use our interview or match process for jobs that could be considered for co-op credit. These jobs will be posted on the “Hire Waterloo Alumni and Other” job board and will include the following details as part of the job title: “**possible fall 2018 co-op opportunity**”
External offers during first interview cycle – **New in 2018!**
You can pursue or arrange your own job while continuing to participate in the first round of applications on WaterlooWorks. If you receive an offer during the first interview cycle from a job posted on the “other” job board, a job you’ve arranged on your own or a position with a previous employer, you can add that offer to your ranking form to accept the job. This opportunity will provide you more flexibility in the first few weeks of your job search.
Please note that you will be required to continue any interviews that are scheduled through WaterlooWorks.
