Students have access to a wide variety of services here at UWaterloo which help to provide a high quality undergraduate student experience. I’m here to offer advice and direction for undergraduate-related questions in the Faculty of Engineering.
I provide numerous client service functions including front-line reception and intake services for undergraduate students, replies to general email inquiries and direction to all students seeking academic (or other) advice in the Faculty of Engineering. Need an appointment with the Associate Dean, a first year engineering advisor, or one of our personal counsellors? I can help you.
I am also one of a team who provide same-day service (under normal circumstances) for course override processing in the faculty.

Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
