Engineering events & initiatives promotion request form

This form is to be used for promoting virtual and in-person events and requesting promotional support of initiatives for the Faculty of Engineering.

Please contact the form administrator if you have any questions or concerns about your event promotion.** 

Login with your WatIAM credentials to submit your virtual event/initiative for consideration for posting online (i.e., Waterloo Engineering websites, social media, etc.)
Please take the time to ensure the content is correct. View the University's submission tips and guidelines for best practices — including image recommendations.
If you wish to have your event posted on central channels, submit and/or email separately:

Once submitted, our team will make every effort to post your event/initiative within three business days and events will be added to the internal Engineering Events Outlook Calendar.
