Arthur Chow Director
Product Management – Trade Analytics - RBC Capital Markets

Arthur is a Professional Engineer and product leader passionate about using technology to create exceptional customer experiences. At RBC Capital Markets, he leads Trade Analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across global trading. Previously, he led Ford’s connected vehicle platform and TD’s AI-driven digital banking experiences. With experience spanning finance, telecom, insurance, and transportation, Arthur combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. He holds 35 granted patents and served on Ontario government advisory committees for Condominium Act reforms from 2013 to 2014.  Arthur holds a Master's of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo.

Rupali Jain
Director, Engineering - Rodan Energy Solutions

Rupali is an engineering leader with extensive experience in the energy sector. Rupali is currently Director of Engineering at Rodan Energy Solutions, where she focuses on customer-centric engineering solutions that advance sustainability and distributed energy resources. 

Previously, she served as Manager of Engineering at Toronto Hydro, leading strategic initiatives in grid modernization and innovation. Rupali is actively engaged in industry collaboration, conferences, and knowledge-sharing forums, and holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Post-doctoral research was performed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Field Intelligence Lab and he held an Assistant Professorship at the Singapore University of Technology and Design.

Nayef's extensive experience includes pioneering Canada's first mobile payment systems and the world's first global consumer eSIM launch. He successfully led BlackBerry’s security dominance, meeting the stringent security standards of the governments around the world. Nayef combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive innovation in the technology sector.

Nayef holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo. He also holds an MBA in Strategic Management from Wilfrid Laurier University

Before co-founding AutoAlign AI, Henry was President & CEO of Electric Brain Software Corporation and served as Director for the UK’s Department for International Trade (DIT), where he led initiatives spanning across Financial Services, Technology, and Creative Industries.

Jack Maynard

Jack has 25 years of hands-on experience in senior sales, operations, and executive leadership roles across non-residential construction and professional services and is currently.

Previously, Jack served as President of Johnson Controls Canada and led a national Engineering practice at WSP Canada, where he successfully launched their new Global ERP.

Jack is a CPA, CMA and Professional Mechanical Engineer from the University of Waterloo (01'). Jack serves on numerous boards, including the University of Waterloo Engineering research advisory council.

Aye Nyein San
Director of Program Management - Myant Health


Aye holds a B.A.Sc. from the University of Waterloo and an M.A.Sc. from the University of Toronto. Driven by a passion for healthcare innovation through systems engineering, Aye is currently the Director of Program Management at Myant Health, where she leads cross-functional programs integrating advanced textiles, biosensing, and digital health technologies to bring connected care to everyday life.

Previously, Aye was Head of Technology and Operations at Cosm Medical Corp., a Toronto-based FemTech startup revolutionizing personalized treatments for pelvic organ prolapse using AI and 3D printing. Before that, she served as VP of Engineering at SQI Diagnostics, where she played a pivotal role in launching imaware™, an at-home health testing platform powered by CLIA-certified labs. Early in her career, she contributed to the launch of a spinal surgical tool at Baylis Medical and established in-house additive manufacturing processes for the R&D team.

Scott Ryan
Vice President – Aecon Utilities

Scott went to the University of Waterloo where I studied Civil Engineering. I have spent my entire career at Aecon, working for them as a student starting in 2003 and then full time in 2007. Through the 18 years I have worked for Aecon, I have worked all across Canada. I started my career with our Civil division in Alberta, moving on to our Mining group, and eventually our Industrial team executing work across western Canada (BC, Alberta and Saskatchewan). In 2018 I relocated back to Ontario and took on a VP role with our utilities group. That role has expanded to encompass all of our pipe line related work across North America. 

Scott has worked in the construction industry for over 18 years and has gained a significant amount of experience in various construction sectors including: Heavy Civil, Mining, Industrial, Oil and Gas, and Utilities.

Erik Wilhelm
Chief Executive Officer - Spare Energy

Dr. Erik Wilhelm is the Head of Research at Kyburz Switzerland’s development department and is responsible for embedded system engineering. He earned his PhD from the ETH-Zurich while studying multi-criteria vehicle design, data analytics, and control optimization. While in Zürich, Dr. Wilhelm co-founded a start-up in the area of vehicle telematics for reducing on-road energy use. His post-doctoral research was performed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Field Intelligence Lab and he held an Assistant Professorship at the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
