The Engineering Recruitment team is looking for volunteers to help write Warm Fuzzies for our admitted students! These are handwritten note cards which add a very valuable personalized touch to the Engineering recruitment process, since there are no longer physical offer packages going out.
We ask faculty, staff and students to write these note cards to welcome them to the Waterloo Engineering community and share our excitement with them to have them come here. Volunteers can be anyone who contributes to the undergrad student experience (i.e., deans, directors, chairs, advisors, professors, TAs, academic coordinators, students, etc.). No experience is required; we will provide instructions and examples to everyone.
Please write and return your note cards within 2 weeks of receiving them.
Note cards may be dropped off at the Engineering Undergraduate Office front desk (E2 1772), interoffice mailed directly to Alexa Macdonald (CPH 3657), or please reach out to engrecruitment@uwaterloo.ca to coordinate a pick up!
Thank you in advance for your support and please contact Alexa Macdonald, Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator with any questions.
