The Engineering Recruitment team is looking for volunteers to help write Warm Fuzzies for our admitted students! These are handwritten note cards which add a very valuable personalized touch to the Engineering recruitment process since there are no longer physical offer packages going out.
We ask faculty and staff who contribute to the undergraduate student experience to write these notecards to our students with offers so as to welcome them to the Waterloo Engineering community and share our excitement with them to have them come here. Volunteers can be anyone who contributes to the undergrad student experience (i.e., deans, directors, chairs, advisors, professors, TAs, academic coordinators, etc.). No experience is required; we will provide instructions and examples to everyone.
Please write and return your notecards by Wednesday April 23rd, 2025.
Notecards may be dropped off at the Engineering Undergraduate Office front desk (E2 1772), interoffice mailed directly to Kelsey Richardson (CPH 3657), or please reach out to engrecruitment@uwaterloo.ca to coordinate a pick up!
Thank you in advance for your support and please contact Kelsey Richardson, Undergraduate Recruitment Coordinator with any questions.
