Mechatronics program director Derek Wright, PhD, (BASc 2003; MASc 2005) and professor Mihaela Vlasea (BASc 2008; PhD 2014) enthusiastically invite mechatronics alumni to TronCon 2024, the seventh annual mechatronics alumni social at the University of Waterloo.
It's a full day of discovery! Once again this year, TronCon will coincide with the Mechatronics Capstone Design Symposium to give alumni an opportunity to view the newest batch of Capstone design projects (FYDPs) by fourth year mechatronic students, get involved in judging the capstone design projects, and reconnect with the Tron community at the event and at the dinner that follows.

Dinner with the Tron community Dinner with the mechatronics community, including 4th year mechatronics students, capstone judges, faculty and staff. Alumni keynote speaker: Jesus Zozaya (BASc 2013), CEO and Co-Founder, Voltera. The recipient of the alumni award will be announced during dinner. Registration for dinner is free but it is limited. |
