The Engineering Graduate Studies Office (EGSO) provides strategic planning and leadership, as well as administrative support, to all academic units in Engineering. The EGSO also works closely with the central Graduate Studies Office (GSO) to support students, staff, and faculty within Engineering.

The EGSO is involved with recruitment, admissions, awards and scholarships, records paperwork, thesis defences and degree completion, along with program planning and working with other units. Student appeals, dispute resolution, and academic discipline are also managed through the EGSO under the review of the Associate Dean, Graduate Studies.
