Supporting Others (Parenting and Caregiving) During COVID-19

As we progress through this pandemic creating a balance between self-care and caring for others, while also managing presenting stressors to meet expectations within our personal and work lives, can feel overwhelming.

In this seminar, we will discuss how life during COVID-19 has caused varying levels of personal and caregiver burnout and distress. Warning signs of caregiver burnout and how COVID fatigue can impact our daily functioning and relationships will be explored. In addition, We will also discuss practical strategies we can implement to help mitigate symptoms, enhance our relationships, and regain a sense of mastery and balance.
