Grad students capture 2014 Teledyne DALSA presentation award

Electrical engineering graduate students Alireza Parsafar, Abdallah El-Falou and Chris Scott were honoured with the 2014 CAD Teledyne DALSA Componentware award at the CMC Texpo conference held in Quebec.  

The winning presentation entitled Hybrid Amorphous-Selenium/CMOS 

ECE MASc candiates
Direct-Detection X-Ray Imager with 6-um Pixel Pitch was made by MASc candidates Parsafar and El-Falou, pictured right, who also accepted the award.

The graduate students' supervisors are electrical and computer engineering professors Karim Karim and Peter Levine.
