A contingent of University of Waterloo students representing three design teams had a strong showing at an artificial intelligence (AI) conference in Kingston this week.
Nineteen students from WAT.ai, Watonomous and WATOLink attended the Canadian Undergraduate Conference on AI at Queen’s University along with groups from across the country.
They presented and demonstrated seven AI projects during the weekend event, winning prizes including several televisions and a virtual reality headset. A project by WATOLink won the Best Demo Award.
Students from three University of Waterloo design teams attended a recent AI conference in Kingston.
