Histograms are only generated for cohorts with more than 10 students and are unavailable for fourth-year. The tool maintains data for the past five years, providing a histogram for each term during which a student was actively enrolled. The data is divided into five categories, with students who have a term average below 60, were unenrolled, or withdrew grouped together in the "other" category.
