Grobman
is
an
architect
and
researcher.
He is
an assistant professor
at
the
the
Faculty
of Architecture and
Town
Planning
at
the
Technion
IIT
and
the
head
of
the
Technion's
computer
oriented
design
laboratory
(T_CODE).
His
research
concentrates
on
performance
oriented
architectural
design
and
the
use
of
computers
for
the
design
and
fabrication
of
sustainable
and
innovative
architecture.
He
is
the
author
of
numerous
papers
in
academic
and
professional
journals
and
co-author
of
book
on
Performalism
released
by
Routledge
press
in
2011. Yasha
is
a
co-founder
of
Axelrod
Grobman
Architects
(AX-GR).
The
firm
is
currently
involved
in
the
design
and
construction
of
public
and
urban
projects synergizing
academic
research
and
practice.
