About the Workshop
These drop-in sessions are designed to help you reduce stress and learn ways to find balance and well-being. Each week, a facilitator will introduce you to stress management practices to help you find relief from stress. These practices will be something you can learn to do yourself to prevent and reduce the negative impact of stress. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a note pad and pen.
The Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN) and the Department of Chemical Engineering present a Distinguished Lecture by Professor Jacob Israelachvili, in the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB), United States.
Abstract
Because the friends we make here at Waterloo Engineering will last a lifetime.
