Live Wellness Sessions (virtual and in-person)

Live Wellness Sessions

For those who prefer synchronous wellness sessions, either in-person or virtually, we offer sessions on a variety of topics. Topics are timely and chosen in response to staff & faculty needs and requests. If you are interested in a specific topic and don't see it below, please contact the Community Wellness Team. If we cannot provide a synchronous session in a timely fashion, we will do our best to source resources and community options for you.
