The Orchard Lodge Cafe
The Orchard Lodge Cafe will be open all day for you to purchase breakfast, lunch and snacks at your leisure. Lunch sittings may be assigned when you arrive to avoid long lineups.
Brown Bagging is allowed in The Orchard Lodge so feel free to bring your own lunch.

Optional Lessons
Arrangements for skiing or snowboarding lessons - group or private - must be made at least 10 days in advance. Please make you lesson arrangements directly with the Snow School at Osler Bluff Ski Club at 705-445-4507 ext. 231 or email.
If you have never skied before, a complimentary first time lesson is available at 10:30 am (one hour in length) at the J-Bar but pre-registration is required. If you choose to access this lesson, please contact the Snow School at Osler Bluff Ski Club at 705-445-4507 ext. 231 or email.

Equipment Rental
Visit Squire John's to book your ski or snowboard equipment on-line (fill in your information under "New to the Site?" option). Equipment rentals must be reserved by Friday, January 12, 2018. Equipment cannot be rented the day of the event if it is not reserved by the deadline.
Each guest is responsible for paying for their own rental equipment - see the equipment rental rates (PDF) for prices on the various pieces of equipment or packages. When booking equipment online, please use the date (Friday, January 19, 2018), location (Osler Bluff Ski Club) and group name (Waterloo Engineering + Science Alumni).
