Office Hour with Andrew Cross (BASc '11) and Logan Fuller of GooseChase Adventures

Waterloo Engineering students and alumni are invited to participate in an exclusive virtual Office Hour with Waterloo Engineering alumnus Andrew Cross (BASc '11, Mechanical Engineering), founder and CEO, and past electrical engineering student Logan Fuller, CTO, of GooseChase Adventures.

During this Office Hour, Andrew Cross and Logan Fuller will talk about their unique journey since coming up with the idea of GooseChase Adventures - an online platform that helps customers run unforgettable real-world or virtual scavenger hunts - in 2011 during a hackathon. Their story is a unique one of starting a bootstrapped company and using BlackBerry Playbooks as a bargaining chip to secure the goosechase.com domain. Andrew and Logan will demonstrate how being bootstrapped in their operations has enable them to put their customers and staff before profit, including implementing a four-day work week, profit sharing and outstanding customer service. They will also share insights on how their company vision has evolved over the years since starting GooseChase Adventures more than 10 years ago as well as insights in the future of skills and technology.
