BIOGRAPHY
Mike Lee is president of Fundica.com - an award-winning online funding tool - and R&D Partners – a leading R&D funding consultancy. Previously he was Director of Corporate Finance and Development in the BCE group where he led several successful R&D software firm acquisitions and divestitures. Prior to that, he was Manager, Strategy and Technology Services at KPMG Consulting, where he successfully managed business development and consulting teams in technology sectors. Mike began his career as a project engineer working for multinational firms on R&D and expansion projects.
Mike has a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, an MBA from the University of British Columbia, and CFA designation. He serves on the board of directors of several not-for-profit organizations. He is a member of the Order of Engineers of Quebec and the CFA Institute. Mike has received awards from CFO Canada, the Bronfman Foundation, and Startup Canada.
