Winter 2022 Course Critiques

Each term, the Faculty of Engineering and the Waterloo Engineering Society (EngSoc) work together to administer student surveys known as Course Critiques. Course Critiques are open now and will close Sunday, March 27 at 11:59 pm. Please complete 100% of your surveys; student feedback is the best way we can continue to improve the student experience!

Waterloo Engineering students and alumni are invited to participate in an exclusive virtual Office Hour with Waterloo Engineering alumnus Benoît Drouin (BASc 1994, Mechanical Engineering), Sales Manager (Canada) at Collins Aerospace, who will discuss “From Engineering to Sales, My Career in Aerospace Technical Sales”.

The Waterloo Nanotechnology Conference is returning this year on March 26, 2022. The event will be held virtually on Hopin and have in-person aspects for our poster presentation and networking.

Esch Pitch Competition

Ten Student Teams Battle It Out For $60k In Prize Money at the Esch Pitch Competition

Watch as 10 outstanding Capstone teams pitch to win one of six $10,000 prizes. These teams were shortlisted from over 50 entries representing most programs in the Faculty of Engineering. The Esch Awards support creative and entrepreneurial students in the pursuit of research and development and its commercialization for the benefit of Canada.
