The 2022 IBET conference will be hosted live (in-person) at the University of Waterloo, thereby increasing networking opportunities. The conference provides a great opportunity for the IBET Fellows to build their professional networks. With invitations to the IBET PhD Fellows, undergraduate students, mentors, PhD supervisors, and the deans of the partner institutions as well other Engineering deans, this conference allows the IBET Fellows to give short talks or poster presentations about their research progress, and newly added Fellows will introduce their proposed research projects. Fellows will share progress, receive constructive feedback, and exchange ideas and interests to further seed future collaborations.
