Dr. Feridun Hamdullahpur, President of the University of Waterloo, and Dr. Adel Sedra, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, warmly invite alumni, faculty, staff, students and the community to the Grand Opening Celebration of the new Engineering 6 Building. This $42-million, 115,000 square-foot building will be the new home of the Department of Chemical Engineering. It has been designed for innovation and discovery, and features high-tech and modern seminar rooms, the department’s administrative hub, and advanced research labs.
