This office is involved in undergraduate academic matters such as student promotion considerations, program and course changes. We facilitate discussion and approval of changes to Engineering undergraduate programs at the Faculty level, and represent the Faculty to University bodies such as the Senate Undergraduate Council and the Undergraduate Operations Committee.
The associate dean for undergraduate studies is also responsible for student grievances and student discipline matters at the undergraduate level. We encourage faculty members to discuss discipline matters with the associate dean before taking action.
