Peter Huck and Wayne Parker, both civil and environmental engineering professors and members of the University's Water Institute, recently participated in the International Water Association Membrane Technology Conference and Exhibition for Water and Wastewater Treatment and Reuse in Singapore.

Huck, the NSERC Industrial Research Chair in Water Treatment  and Parker, the director of the Centre for Control of Emerging Contaminants,  delivered presentations on their respective research in the field of water-related membrane technology.

“This conference provided an excellent opportunity for researchers and practitioners to discuss a variety of issues related to the use of membrane technologies to solve real-world problems,” said Parker.
