Facing changes is never easy, let alone facing the uncertainties of resuming face-to-face teaching in the coming term. In this 1 hour workshop, we will explore how these uncertainties impact our wellbeing. Through this hands-on workshop, we will identify strategies to enhance our wellness. We will also develop a personal wellness plan to maintain our wellbeing. By the end of the session, we will also identify resources we can use to enhance our resilience. The session will be facilitated by Michael Lee, Professor of Teaching, in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia.
