Facing
changes
is
never
easy,
let
alone
facing
the
uncertainties
of
resuming
face-to-face
teaching
in
the
coming
term.
In
this
1
hour
workshop,
we
will
explore
how
these
uncertainties
impact
our
wellbeing.
Through
this
hands-on
workshop,
we
will
identify
strategies
to
enhance
our
wellness.
We
will
also
develop
a
personal
wellness
plan
to
maintain
our
wellbeing.
By
the
end
of
the
session,
we
will
also
identify
resources
we
can
use
to
enhance
our
resilience.

session
will
