This form is to request accommodations from May 5 - August 24, 2024. We are unable to accommodate overnight stays before and after that time. Please note, filling out this form is mandatory and does not guarantee a spot in our accommodations. Once you have filled out this form, our Bookings Coordinator will email you back regarding availability.
Here is an overview of our accommodations at the College:
For apartments:
The Conrad Grebel apartments are air-conditioned, outfitted with a living room, a kitchen stocked with light cooking equipment and a full bathroom. Linens and towels are provided but please note we do not offer daily housekeeping. For a single room, it would be a private bedroom with a single bed and a shared common room (seating area, kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms). At most, there could be three other guests (would be an unusual case), but in general it would likely be only one other guest. Alternatively, you could book the entire apartment, which has four separate single rooms.
Prices:
Single room = $75 per night**
Whole Apartment (3-4 rooms) = $160 per night
**Must reserve a min. 2 nights.
For residence:
The Conrad Grebel residence rooms are outfitted with linens and towels. Shared washrooms are a short walk down the hall from your room. A lounge with a TV and fridge is available for your use during your stay. Please note that the residence is not air-conditioned and there may be daytime construction sounds.
Prices:
Single room = $60 per night
Double room = $95 per night
Parking
Parking is $9/day should you require it (Monday- Friday). Should you wish to purchase meal tickets for our all-you-can eat dining room, breakfast is $8.78, lunch is $16.71, and dinner is $18.70 (plus tax). Please let us know in advance of your arrival if you would like a parking pass or meals added to the invoice.
Check-in/out
Check-in is between 3 and 10pm and departure is 11am. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we do our best to accommodate early check-in or late departure, but 1-week advance notice of your check-in date is required for these requests.
