Our Convocation Celebration will take place on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at 2pm at the Humanities Theatre. This celebration is for all students who have or are completing studies and plan to graduate in Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025, or Fall 2025.
Grebel Convocation Celebration will take place only at the Humanities Theatre, the event will also be recorded and available on YouTube after the event for those guests who wish to watch from home. Note this event will not be live-streamed.
Seating at the Humanities is available by registration only. Registration will be available February 1, 2025.
Following the celebration guests and students will join together at Grebel for a dessert reception and visit, guests are welcome to enjoy being in the Grebel space that has been their students' educational home the last few years.
We are excited to celebrate this milestone in our students' lives, we look forward to seeing you as we celebrate the achievements of our Class of 2025.

What you need to do
Deadlines
All Undergraduate students intending to Graduate from the University of Waterloo and Conrad Grebel must complete BOTH the University of Waterloo Intention to Graduate form AS WELL AS the Conrad Grebel Convocation Form by March 1, 2025.
To be considered for or to participate in the selection of Grebel's 2025 undergraduate Valedictorian, you must submit Grebel's Convocation form by March 1.

Following the Convocation Celebration, everyone is invited back to the Grebel Dining room for dessert and punch. You are welcome to take photos with your grad and visit together.

C Lot — $5 pay and display by credit card only. 10 minute walk to Humanities Theatre. 12 minute walk to Grebel.
