Come for a tour
The best way to see if Grebel is the home for you is to take a tour! Our student ambassadors would love to show you around. Stay for a meal and sample the delicious food, sit in on a class, or stay overnight in residence. Just ask! You're welcome to visit anytime!
Experience what it's like to be a University of Waterloo student while living in residence at Grebel. You would be matched with a current student who would bring you to class, share their favourite spots on campus, have a meal with you, answer questions about university life and share why they chose the University of Waterloo and Grebel.
For more information or to set up a shadow day, email Rebekah DeJong or call at 519-885-0220 x24215.
Special visit days
We have special visit days throughout the year. On those days, the entire UWaterloo campus welcomes students for tours and information sessions.
You'll have the opportunity to attend information sessions about your specific faculty or program, co-operative education, or financing your education. You will meet professors, staff, and students who can answer your questions about areas of study and student life. While you're here, take a walking tour of campus and speak with our Student Ambassadors about their personal "Waterloo experience."
The official visit days are in November and March and May, but you can get a personal tour any time of the year by contacting Rebekah Dejong, Recruitment and Student Life Coordinator
Student Ambassadors are some of the extremely helpful people you will meet when coming to Grebel. These folks will take you on a tour and tell you all the "behind the scenes" stuff you need to know about coming to university! Check out our Ambassadors' Profiles!
