Chris Brnjas serves as Director of Development at Conrad Grebel University College at the University of Waterloo. In this role, he leads fundraising and alumni relations for the College, focusing on donor engagement, major gifts, planned giving, and alumni events.
Chris is a double Grebel alum with a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Master of Theological Studies. He began his fundraising career at Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) and later served as Director of Strategic Accounts at Blue North Strategies. Known for his warmth and genuine interest in people, Chris values building meaningful relationships that strengthen the Grebel community. He was also the co-founder of Pastors in Exile (PiE), a community-based ministry for young adults.
