About:
Susan Baker joined the Peace and Conflict Department of Conrad Grebel University College in 2008, following positions in the Operations Department and the Academic Deans Office of the College. She brings to this role a background in business administration and marketing, both in the corporate and not for profit sectors, with significant training in the Customer Service field, as a ten year employee at Delta Hotels Corporate Office.
In her current role, Baker is responsible for the oversight of the Conflict Management Certificate Program, which offers public workshops in Conflict Management and Leadership. In addition to managing the delivery of program, Susan is also available as an advisor to those looking to enter the professional field of mediation. She is a graduate of the Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation, and a current member Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO), where she is also sits on their Professional Development Committee.
